Game Introduction:

Little Nightmares 2 (stylized as Little Nightmares II ) is a platform-puzzle video game developed byTarsier Studios and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Announced at Gamescom2019 as the sequel to Little Nightmares , the game is releasing on February 11 , 2021.

The player embodies Mono, a small boy, who meets Six, the heroine of the first game. The two children must survive together in a universe where adults, who have become deformed and cannibalistic, constitute the main threat. it is a prequel to the first game.

Mono, a masked boy, wakes up after dreaming of a door marked with an eye. He then explores a forest and then an isolated cabin where he meets Six, the heroine of the first game, held prisoner with a music box. His jailer, the Hunter, immediately chases them, but the duo manages to kill him with a gun. Mono and Six then use a gate as a raft and drift to a town shrouded in mist. During their exploration of the city, Mono attempts to use televisions as portals to enter her dream. However, he is still pulled back by Six before he can reach the door. He also encounters several child ghosts, which he can absorb by touching them.

Mono and Six pass through a school, where Six is captured by the Students. They also escape the Professor who runs the establishment. Once outside the school, the two children discover Six's yellow raincoat and Six regains the appearance she had in Little Nightmares . After school, the pair must explore a hospital where they are confronted with patients and the Doctor. They manage to get rid of the latter by luring him into an incinerator.

The duo then make their way to a transmitter tower , which appears to produce waves that control the inhabitants. The latter, the viewers, are strangely attracted to televisions. As Mono tries once again to reach the door he dreams of through a screen, he attracts the Skinny Man who comes out of the TV and captures Six. Now using the screens as portals, Mono then makes her way through the city, guided by a ghostly version of Six. He eventually arrives at the transmitter tower where he confronts and destroys the Skinny Man.

Mono enters the tower and finds Six, who has changed into a deformed giantess. The boy manages to restore her to her normal appearance by destroying her music box. Reality then seems to collapse and a mass of flesh, possessing many eyes, begins to invade everything. Mono and Six manage to escape him by jumping over a chasm, but the girl drops him before escaping alone through a screen. Mono therefore falls into the heart of the mass of flesh and settles on a chair, resigned. Time passes and he grows until he takes on the appearance of the skinny Man. The final cutscene reveals that he's in the room he's been dreaming of all along, behind the door marked with an eye.

If the player has found all of the Ghostly Children, a bonus scene shows Six as she emerges from the TV. She encounters her ghostly version who points her to a newspaper pamphlet, advertising the Lair and the first Little Nightmares game . As the ghost disappears, Six's stomach growls with hunger.
